The Poker Face hitmaker wanted to make a grand entrance after flying in from New York, wearing leather chaps, a see-through mesh bra top and towering platform boots.
But the all-black ensemble couldn't hide the singer's embarrassment when she took a tumble and landed on the floor.
GaGa wasn't down for long - she was helped back to her feet by an assistant before she was led away.
