Lady Gaga to appear on CSI?

The 23-year-old pop star is said to be a huge fan of the fictional crime investigation show that follows forensic detectives as they try to solve crimes. Eva La Rue, who stars in the series, has now claimed the outrageous singer has contacted network bosses to enquire about appearing in CSI, and Eva hopes they agree a deal.

"The rumour's been that Lady Gaga wants to do the show really bad," Eva told E! Online earlier this week. "I don't know if we're going to get her or not, but it would be awesome!"

Eva says Gaga is not interested in a cameo, which would see her playing herself. The star would reportedly prefer to play a character, but it is not known if she wants to be a victim or a perpetrator.

"She doesn't want to play herself from what I understand," Eva said. "She wants to be a character."
