The Poker Face singer is in the city as part of her ongoing Monster Ball tour and a large number of fans have been staking out the luxury Four Seasons hotel in a bid to glimpse their idol.
And as temperatures plummeted on Friday, the star sent out her minders to take a headcount of fans standing in the cold - and then ordered a trolley of hot drinks which were taken out and distributed among her devotees.
