Lady Gaga to drop $12.9M on a 60-room Scottish mansion?

Go GaGa or go home! The avant garde singer is mulling a move to Scotland -- into a lavish 60-room $12.9 million estate, reports Curbed.com.

The 24-year-old singer has allegedly signed contracts for the esteemed Yester House just outside of Edinburgh, according to Real Estalker, but no official records have surfaced yet.

Lady Gaga, born Stefani Germanotta, should have no problem dishing out the $12.9 million asking price for the 285 acres that come with the Yester House and all of its contents. The international starlet has reportedly earned $62 million in 2009 alone.

The 18th century megamansion includes at least 16 bedrooms, more than 35 fireplaces, two drawing rooms, a formal dining room, a second-floor music hall and a basement billiard room, reports Real Estalker.

The ornate estate also comes with vintage flourishes like a flower arranging room, a 1,300-square-foot ballroom, a gun hall and a dairy room, reports the outlet.

A live-in Lady Gaga would only enhance the Scottish estate's history of attracting musicians. Real Estalker reports the Yester House was most recently owned by composer Gian Carlo Menotti whose family inherited the property after he died in 2007.
