Lady Gaga Named MAC Spokesperson for 2011

Lady Gaga will go it alone in 2011 as the MAC Viva Glam spokesperson, the beauty brand announced on Thursday. Earlier this year, Gaga and Cyndi Lauper participated in the campaign, which benefits the MAC AIDS Fund.

The two stylish singers helped raise the most money ever for the cause. "We want to make this trendy and fun," Gaga told Women's Wear Daily earlier this year. "Sex education should be bright and vibrant and every woman should want to have this in her purse."
The first peek at the campaign, shot by famed photographer Nick Knight and styled by Nicola Formichetti, shows a blonde Lady Gaga with sultry smoky eyes.
